Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance team, coordinate projects, vendors, and equipment upkeep. You will ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards, drive preventive maintenance programs, and help manage budgets, spare parts, and maintenance KPIs to improve reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee plant maintenance staff and coordinate projects, vendors, and equipment upkeep. You’ll ensure compliance, minimize downtime, and support capital improvements.

• Lead and coach the maintenance team.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to food safety and performance standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and sanitation on repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain budget control and manage spare parts inventory.
• Support capital project development and implementation.
• Ensure SOX and safety compliance in all maintenance practices.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Track and report on maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability.
• Schedule and oversee contractors and outside vendors.
• Train staff on troubleshooting and new equipment.
  
  

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• 5 plus years in maintenance supervision in food or CPG environment.
