Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar field.
• 7–10+ years in high-volume manufacturing with equipment maintenance.
• 5–9+ years in automotive industry.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and plants.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven ability to plan, delegate, and drive accountability.
• Experience with process control and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 16–20 direct reports and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and maintain a qualified team to service all equipment.
• Plan and direct maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs with records.
• Ensure safety training per OSHA regulations.
• Review reports with Production/Technical Manager and set priorities.
• Coordinate inventory to avoid downtime from parts shortages.
• Support new equipment launches and run-offs.
