Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Plant 1 Maintenance Line Tech for 12-Hr day shifts (1-A and 1-C) at the Springfield, MO site to keep production lines running smoothly. You will perform daily forklift operations, equipment maintenance, and routine repairs in a fast-paced plant environment, following safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, basic math, and a valid forklift license; vocational maintenance certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
• Possess a valid forklift driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform daily maintenance of forklift.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Perform repairs on production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot problems.
• Analyze problems and implement solutions related to plant needs.
• No supervisory responsibilities for this role.
