Job summary

IDEMIA Group in Exton, PA, seeks a Maintenance Department Leader to organize, plan and implement programs that support preventative and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement of plant machinery.

You will develop long-term maintenance strategies, direct maintenance of assets, ensure regulatory and ISO compliance, and train the team to improve reliability, downtimes, and efficiency. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of work experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Strong working knowledge of CMMS.
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.
Must have good computer skills for PM programs and PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a long-term maintenance strategy to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Provide corrective actions for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Direct maintenance of physical plant assets to maintain operation, improve line effectiveness, yields and costs; track downtime and actions.
Conduct needs assessment of the maintenance team and recommend training to improve efficiency.
Maintain maintenance training documentation to ensure ISO requirements are met.
