Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering leader to organize, plan, and implement programs supporting preventive and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement for plant machinery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of work experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents; respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS.
• Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.
• Must have PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term maintenance strategy to improve equipment reliability and plan major repairs and capital projects.
• Provide Maintenance Engineering corrective actions plans for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Direct the maintenance of physical assets to ensure continued operation, improve line effectiveness, and develop downtime tracking and action plans.
• Conduct needs assessment of the maintenance team and recommend training to improve efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance training documentation to ensure ISO requirements are met.
