Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Experience in layout, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, Industrial Engineering, CAD Operation and USDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee maintenance work plans and procedures.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs using CMMS to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and quality standards.
