Job summary

LeoForce in Middlebury, IN seeks a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our manufacturing maintenance team. You will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and uptime while guiding technicians to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in maintenance management in manufacturing, with strong PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, budgeting, and project management skills; CMPR certification is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, facility management, project management, budgeting, and PLC programming.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering teamwork and excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage repair and replacement of machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Manage and oversee project implementation within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain knowledge of latest maintenance best practices.
