Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required.
• 8 years of manufacturing plant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in People Management, Project Management, Safety and Environmental Management; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Directs and prioritizes maintenance activities to optimize safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Implements best maintenance practices and processes.
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
• Establishes and utilizes KPIs.
• Maintains ISO Certification.
• Supervises Maintenance Department Supervisors.
• Coordinates maintenance requirements of each department.
• Builds and develops maintenance personnel; assigns roles.
