Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead our maintenance and instrumentation operations in Sheldon, IA. This role focuses on mentoring staff, solving problems, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will oversee maintenance activities, manage work orders, and support plant goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency, while leveraging INFOR and AutoCAD to optimize maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Experience with industrial equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance department activities, including training and scheduling.
• Assign and track work orders; ensure documentation and timely completion.
• Inspect and troubleshoot plant equipment for reliable operation.
• Manage warehouse inventory and parts purchasing.
• Use INFOR system to enter and manage work orders.
• Participate in Process Safety Management Mech Integrity Team.
