Job summary

Pittsburgh Glass Works in Crestline, OH is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Engineering to lead the plant's maintenance and engineering functions for the automotive glass fabrication facility.

The role directs daily maintenance activities, plans downtimes, and prioritizes critical repairs while ensuring safety and compliance. A BS in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing are required, with proven leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and administrative ability.
• Strong problem-solving and long-term project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and engineering for plant facilities and equipment.
• Prioritize and schedule repairs, upgrades, PM programs.
• Plan downtime events and capital projects with plant management.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the Maintenance & Engineering team.
