Job summary

Red River Brick, part of the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician at our Henderson, Texas plant. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and PLC-controlled systems to support reliable plant operations.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. This position is on-site with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Electrical and PLC troubleshooting required or preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical prints and PLC programs.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems plant-wide.
• Maintain and update electrical prints; secure PLC programs.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of electrical parts.
• Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication as needed.
• Design and create electrical control systems when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
