Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. is seeking a Utility worker to support basic janitorial and light maintenance tasks under supervision in our Maumelle facility. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and reliability to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in basic janitorial and light maintenance tasks.
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
Ability to follow lockout/tagout protocols when required.
Willingness to work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities

Perform all janitorial tasks as directed.
Execute basic maintenance cleaning (wiping, blowing out, lubricating) as directed.
Maintain casters on carts/gondolas and assist warehouse stock checks.
Assist with basic preventative maintenance as trained.
Inform supervisor if work is not completed or if issues arise.
Inspect safety items such as eye wash stations.
Collaborate with colleagues to support production needs.
Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout when directed.
Repair work as directed and efficiently when possible.
Back up production tasks if needed.
Monitor supplies and request replenishment when low.
Seek additional janitorial work when normal duties are light.
Contribute ideas for process improvements.
Attend Safety Meetings as directed.
Adapt to changing start and completion times.
