Barnhill Contracting Company in North Carolina seeks an experienced Loader Operator to operate front-end loaders (Caterpillar/Kawasaki) across multiple sites as needed.
The role requires 1–2 years of loader experience, a strong safety mindset, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work long hours outdoors with overtime potential and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Loader Operator will operate various types of front-end loaders such as but not limited Caterpillar or Kawasaki. May be working on multiple sites as the need arises.
Operates rubber tired or crawler type tractor with attached scoop type bucket on front end. Excavates and loads excavated materials, loads materials from stockpiles, charges batch plants, and loads trucks. May oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipment. May perform other related duties such as backfilling trenches/excavations. May require occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Job requires the following motions: climbing, stretching, driving/steering, sitting, twisting, vibration, riding on rough terrain. Uses hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers. May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold weather. Overtime work may be required. Requires riding to job sites. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
One to two years of front-end loader operations. May train the right candidate. Ability to abide by precise instructions and strict buy necessary safety rules and policies. Must be a reliable/trustworthy team player. Maintain a good attendance and safety record.
Occasional standing and walking required. Ability to work long periods of time while sitting. Ability to operate equipment at recommended speeds and peaks of operation. Must be productive during each shift and be willing to meet the goals that are set. Visual Activity - ability to work with equipment technology.
