Take action as needed to ensure project goals, objectives and initiatives are met in alignment with the mission, vision and values of Barnhill Contracting Company.**Job Duties & Responsibilities:*** Responsible for daily implementation and maintenance of clean and safe work site and to motivate field operations teams to work to their highest efficiency to exceed project requirements, quality control and productivity.* Take ownership of the overall project schedule including assisting in schedule development and schedule updates. Lead and implement the schedule by coordinating subcontractors and resources.* Support the management of contract requirements and scopes of work. Field documentation, punch-list, close-out, and communication of contract/scope changes with project manager.* Extensive involvement in the 3D field coordination of trades with the virtual construction team.
