Job summary

Kenvue Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Site Lead for the Las Piedras manufacturing site in Puerto Rico.

This executive role oversees Production & Packaging, Logistics, Maintenance and Compliance to drive safety and operational excellence. You will lead the Plant Leadership Team, align site strategies with regional OKRs, and nurture leaders through lean, digital, and talent development initiatives to deliver top‑tier performance.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years in operations leadership.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge and FDA/International compliance awareness preferred.
• Fluent in process excellence and lean techniques; Six Sigma belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing plant's operations including Production & Packaging, Logistics, Maintenance, and Project Management.
• Lead Plant Leadership Team and coordinate with Quality, HR, Finance, and EHS&S.
• Develop and execute business and functional strategies aligned with site mission and regional OKRs.
