Kenvue is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities onsite in Puerto Rico. You will supervise operators, coordinate maintenance, and ensure GMP, safety, and quality across a 24/7 operation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in pharma, including 3+ years in leadership. Strong project and people skills help drive efficiency, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or Natural Sciences preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance systems in regulated pharma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and supervise operators and mechanics.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities in a 24/7 GMP environment.
• Review and approve manufacturing and packaging records.
• Lead safety, quality and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and metrics to guide operational decisions.
