Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks a seasoned Plant Leader to drive sales, safety, quality and productivity at our manufacturing site. You will own P&L, manage capital and operating budgets, and lead a diverse team to meet production goals.

You will develop employees through education and training, implement Lean continuous improvement, and collaborate with Sales to secure new business while sustaining current accounts. RR Donnelley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience in printing/manufacturing.
• Experience leading sales teams highly desired.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean skills/experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improved the sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity and reduction of waste on a consistent and continual basis.
• P&L responsibility for assigned locations, including budgets.
• Lead and manage the local plant Sales team in strategy and daily activities to ensure a viable local sales pipeline.
• Review and report on manufacturing activities, performances and results.
• Insure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
