• 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with fleet management/transportation.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage total plant operations to meet safety, service, quality and cost goals.
• Lead plant staff; recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, and develop employees.
• Plan production and shipping schedules based on raw and finished goods availability.
• Oversee employment decisions and ensure policy compliance; uphold plant safety and SOPs.
• Drive cost control and Lean initiatives; optimize asset utilization.
• Ensure adherence to PMS/Global Supply Chain standards and reporting.
