Job summary
Hydro Extrusions in Missouri is seeking a Plant Manager to guide the Lead Team and oversee the Monett Cast location's operations and financial performance. You will drive safe, efficient manufacturing while ensuring strategic goals are achieved.
The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing management, a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business (or 10+ years related experience), and strong leadership. Travel to regional meetings is expected.
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing management experience.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Business (or 10+ years related experience).
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production according to regional policies.
- Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and staff.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and sales to evaluate production performance.
- Manage subordinate managers and coordinate multiple departments (HSE, HR, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Casting, Materials, Supply Chain).
- Ensure health, safety and environmental obligations and goals are met.
- Review costs, quality, and inventory to maintain profitability of the location.
