Job summary

TEXAS LEHIGH CEMENT COMPANY LP – Buda, TX Plant is seeking a qualified applicant for a general labor role. The position supports multiple plant departments, performs cleaning, equipment operation, and essential plant support tasks to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Pay ranges from $22.61 to $23.40 per hour based on experience. The role requires physical endurance, the ability to work various shifts, and adherence to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a related manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical exam, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up duties with hand and power tools and various equipment.
• Clean plant operating equipment and unplug chutes, feeders, and conveyors.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, dump trucks, Bobcats, and loaders.
• Provide relief for other positions and follow safety policies.
