Job summary

TEXAS LEHIGH CEMENT COMPANY LP in Houston, TX is seeking Terminal Operators to safely operate a cement distribution terminal. You will load/unload from trucks, railcars, and vessels, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety protocols.

Prior rotating shifts and industry experience are preferred. The role requires physical labor, teamwork, and strong communication to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with rotating shifts preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload goods from trucks, railcars, and vessels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage locations.
• Ensure correct bulk unit weighing for customer deliveries.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and managers.
• Support safety programs and participate in toolbox talks.
