Job summary

Shasta- Sustainable Resource Management is seeking a Plant Laborer to perform cleaning tasks and operate mobile equipment in the Anderson area. Responsibilities include sweeping, shoveling, painting, minor repairs, and maintaining records.

You will work around machinery, load materials, assist maintenance teams, and comply with safety rules and environmental standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with overtime and shift rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Mechanical abilities sufficient for equipment maintenance and general preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operates skid steer loaders for cleanup around materials.
• Work around machinery and mobile equipment.
• Use hand tools and wheelbarrow to clean up materials around conveyors.
• Coordinate with maintenance for fire watch and confined spaces.
• Scale in trucks and enter information into computer program.
• Load ash and metal trucks as needed.
