Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Plant Laborer to support production activities and keep the plant and equipment clean and functional. The role includes operating tools and vehicles around the facility, performing janitorial tasks, and following all safety rules.

Ideal candidates will be able to follow verbal and written directions, be at least 18 years old, and be available to work nights or weekends as needed. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash parking lot, plant equipment, and surrounding areas using a high pressure hose.
• Paint and wash plant equipment and building fixtures as necessary.
• Use standard hand tools and power tools as required.
• Operate company vehicles around plant and property.
• Perform general labor tasks including janitorial cleaning and vehicle washing.
• Maintain safety as a top priority per company rules.
