Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waste Water Plant Operator to join our team in the Homeowner Association industry. As a Waste Water Plant Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper treatment of wastewater in compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and health of our community by ensuring the proper functioning of our water treatment facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid wastewater treatment operator certification
• Experience operating and maintaining wastewater treatment equipment and processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for wastewater treatment and discharge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience with SCADA systems
• Experience with laboratory analysis of wastewater samples

Responsibilities:
