Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking an IT Plant Support Analyst to keep our plant and distribution center operations running smoothly.

You will provide day-to-day support for inventory control, warehouse management, MES, labeling, and other manufacturing systems that drive our processing and supply chain. Collaborating with Applications, Infrastructure and Telecommunications teams, you will resolve problems, manage changes, and test solutions to protect the integrity of our manufacturing environment

Qualifications

Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology, or Business Management plus 2 years of related work experience, or total experience 6 years in absence of degree.
Education in microprocessor-based equipment.
Microsoft server/desktop OS, network administration (Microsoft), database admin, and SSRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide support for all information and manufacturing system operations (multi-shift).
Perform data analysis and develop SSRS/Power BI reports.
Convert reports from paper/Crystal to SSRS/Power BI for performance/readability.
Manage identification, prioritization, and resolution of system problems.
Monitor and respond to hardware and software issues.
