Job summary

Franklin Electric in Oklahoma City is seeking a System Administrator to install, configure, and maintain workstation OS, endpoints, and related IT infrastructure. You will work across desktops, laptops, phones, network, and server support, ensuring SOL and SOP adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS and 2–4 years of related experience, with responsibilities including service tickets, asset management, and SOX-compliant change processes. Travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• Develop and maintain shop floor/production applications using C# and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal customers to resolve technology problems.
• Manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow.
• Provides technical support for plant IT systems (End User, Shop Floor, Network, Server, Phone).
• Maintains SLAs for Incident Resolution and performs root cause analysis.
