Job summary

Focus is seeking a Site IT Manager for our Seneca, SC campus. You will be the accountable IT leader, ensuring stable, secure, and standardized service delivery aligned with enterprise IT strategies.

You will lead the site IT team, own the local digital roadmap and partner with regional/global IT to deliver enterprise capabilities. You will own site‑level IT governance, cybersecurity for IT/OT, and disaster recovery plans, while driving local digital adoption and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of related IT management experience.
• CISM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture and protocols; cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT business partner and single point of contact for the Seneca campus DMS and BES units.
• Own site‑level execution and governance of IT, and align with OT environments including MES, SCADA and engineering systems.
• Lead local adoption of enterprise AI, digital platforms, tools and processes.
• Own end‑to‑end IT service performance at the site and be the escalation point for incidents and risks.
• Manage site IT roadmap, projects, scope, schedule, risk and vendor coordination.
