The position collaborates with warehouse and production teams, performs cycle counts, and helps align inventory with shipping needs while reporting variances and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in inventory control, materials, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on with inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems; basic Excel.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring and adjusting inventory.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP/WMS system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve variances with operations teams.
• Maintain documentation per inventory control procedures.
• Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available and staged as needed.
• Communicate shortages or discrepancies to supervisors and planning teams.
• Escalate inventory issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory reporting, accuracy tracking, and process improvements.
