Job summary

Magris Talc is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee site electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the Houston operation. The role focuses on safe, reliable plant operations and proactive maintenance.

You will work with Controls Engineering and outside contractors to implement modifications, maintain 480 VAC motor control systems, and ensure compliance with MSHA/industry standards within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate/degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance or related field.
• Master Electrician and/or Journeyman license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully supports HSEQ programs by implementation, maintenance and enforcement.
• Lead preventative maintenance and schedule tasks to meet budget expectations.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control issues with meters and testing equipment.
• Assist process engineers in acquiring data for analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, sourcing, and maintenance teams to improve instrumentation and processes.
