Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical fields; 4+ years related experience.
• Master's degree accepted with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing with hazardous chemicals and related safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant capital and expense projects using Thrive methodology.
• Manage project cost tracking, accruals, and cash-out reporting.
• Write and monitor purchase orders in SAP; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure MET and operating discipline requirements, and support plant safety initiatives.
