A leading industrial company is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist to support plant operations in Gulliver, Michigan. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations, facilitating safety training, and driving a positive safety culture. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in safety/health regulations or environmental compliance.
• Working knowledge of regulatory reporting and industrial operations.
• Experience in mining or heavy industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSHA Part 46 Training Plan and safety-related documentation.
• Assist with MSHA inspections and interface with inspectors.
• Conduct internal safety audits and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Prepare and submit quarterly and annual environmental reports.
