The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and change‑management skills, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field with 7–8+ years HR experience.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field with 4–7+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with plant objectives and leadership goals.
• Lead core HR processes: talent planning, development, performance reviews, compensation planning, and reporting.
• Manage training, leadership development, and New Employee Orientation.
