MGP Ingredients seeks a Human Resource Manager for its bottling & blending facility in St. Louis, MO. You will lead payroll, employee and labor relations, and HR programs with plant leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective workforce management.

Responsibilities include driving payroll processing, workers' comp, recruitment coordination, and policy execution with the Talent team, in a site-focused, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• B.S. degree in human resource management, business or closely related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Background in employment law and government compliance regulations pertaining to human resources.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, employee and union relations, diversity and performance management.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Seven years’ experience in human resource management.
• Three years’ experience in labor relations preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS system management.
• Experience with an HR/Payroll System.
• Experience with an Automated Timekeeping System.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and presentation skills.
• Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll processing and ensure timely submission.
• Oversee employee relations and labor relations at the site level.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs with plant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues.
• Manage workers' compensation administration.
• Coordinate recruitment for full-time and intern positions.
• Collaborate with Talent team to improve HR processes.
