MGP Ingredients is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead and implement HR policies and programs at our bottling & blending facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This role will partner with plant leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws and drive workforce initiatives.

You will oversee payroll, employee relations, recruitment, training, safety, attendance, and payroll tax compliance. You will manage workers’ compensation, HRIS/HRMS systems, and partner with legal to maintain strong

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in human resource management or related field.
• Seven years’ experience in human resource management.
• Experience with labor relations and employment law.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, including investigations and discipline.
• Manage recruitment for plant and corporate operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws; perform internal audits.
• Oversee attendance policy and training and development programs.
• Coordinate workers' compensation processes.
