Job summary

Asialink Solution International Consulting Company Limited is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to independently drive the 0-1 HR system build and full-cycle HR operations for a growing manufacturing plant in Southern California. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing HR, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting with on-site days required.

This role offers future team leadership as the plant scales.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience building end-to-end HR systems and policies for a plant environment.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Own the 0-to-1 HR system build and policy optimization to align with U.S. labor laws and local site needs.
  • Coordinate third-party audits and manage insurance-related assessments and daily admin tasks.
  • Partner with plant leadership to deliver practical HR support that improves operational efficiency.
  • Plan for future team development and local HR capability building as business grows.

Job description

Aseasoned, hands‑on HR Manager to independently drive the 0-1 HR system build-up and full-cycle HR operations for our growing manufacturing plant in Southern California. As our business scales, this role will evolve into a team leadership position with subordinate management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a business-oriented HR practitioner with solid manufacturing industry experience and multilingual capabilities to support our diverse on-site workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End HR Operations: Independently manage all HR modules including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and daily employee relations to ensure smooth plant HR operations.
  • 0-1 HR System Build & Policy Optimization: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end 0-to-1 construction of the plant’s local HR management system. Reorganize, revise and iterate internal management regulations based on existing group templates, independently develop and optimize localized employee handbooks, workplace safety management systems, labor compliance rules and other core HR policies to fully adapt to U.S. local labor laws and on-site plant operational requirements.
  • Third-Party & Administrative Management: Take full charge of third-party audit coordination and evaluation, manage employee insurance-related assessment and daily administration work.
  • Business HR Support: Serve as the core HR business partner for the manufacturing plant, providing comprehensive, practical HR support to drive operational efficiency and resolve on-site HR issues.
  • Team Development (Future): Build, lead and manage the local HR team as the business volume grows, undertake team training and performance management to expand local HR capabilities.
Job Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of hands‑on human resource working experience in the manufacturing industry. Grown from grassroots HR roles with solid practical operational capabilities and a strong business support mindset.
  • Language Skills (Mandatory): Fluent in English and Spanish (essential for daily on-site workforce management). Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid work model available. Minimum 3 days on-site per work week. Candidates who can work full-time on-site are highly preferred.
  • Competency: Familiar with U.S. local labor policies, manufacturing plant HR management processes and third-party audit standards; capable of working independently, solving problems efficiently, and adapting to fast-paced manufacturing working environment.
