Roseburg Forest Products, a leading North American wood products manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support plant operations in Oregon. The role focuses on hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, and enforcing labor agreements.

You will lead HR initiatives and coach management while upholding Roseburg Core Values. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR, strong knowledge of employment laws, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s or higher in HR or related field is preferred.
• Experience in human resources or related work with knowledge of employment laws.
• Demonstrated leadership and ethical handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support hiring processes to meet staffing needs.
• Oversee and review the onboarding process.
• Implement company and plant policies.
• Inform employees and enforce policy, labor agreement, and work rules.
