Job summary

Paradise Tomato Kitchen is seeking a Plant HRBP to partner with plant leadership, drive workforce performance, and ensure effective HR program execution at the site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Demonstrated strength in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leader coaching.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO) and ability to apply policy consistently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership to align people strategies with production goals and labor plans.
• Provide coachings on organizational effectiveness, team performance, and accountability.
• Support workforce planning, staffing models, shift coverage, and change management.
• Analyze workforce trends and risks, and develop improvement plans with plant leadership.
• Execute enterprise HR programs at the site and ensure policy compliance and equity.
• Oversee site onboarding, orientation, and training aligned to enterprise guidelines.
• Drive performance management processes and coach leaders on effective conversations.
• Ensure payroll/timekeeping is executed per enterprise standards and resolve issues.
