Continental Mills Inc. dba The Krusteaz Company is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for the Effingham Plant. You will provide consultative and hands-on HR support, lead talent acquisition, and drive HR initiatives across employee relations, leave administration, onboarding, and performance management.

Partner with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR to ensure compliant, productive HR services. Travel up to 5–10% may be required and a strong confidentiality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years HR experience; plant HR experience a plus
• PHR or SHRM certification a plus
• Expert level with HRIS and ATS

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultative and hands-on support to employees and managers
• Lead full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and leave administration
• Support performance management and training needs
• Oversee HR system upgrades and records maintenance
