Job summary

AlphaGraphics of Greenway Plaza is seeking a General Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate plant production, administrative operations, and sales growth initiatives in line with company objectives.

The role requires five years in printing with supervisory experience, strong budgeting skills, and tech-savviness to guide AI and software adoption while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in industrial management or Print Shop management or equivalent experience.
• At least five years’ printing experience including supervisory roles.
• Technologically savvy; able to learn and apply new AI and software.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, management techniques, and business etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, operations and sales growth initiatives.
• Coordinate production activities with production supervisors and manage schedules.
• Develop and manage budgets, pricing and inventory control.
• Represent the plant in the community and manage customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain maintenance programs.
