Job summary

National Register USA seeks a General Manager to own the plant near Dayton, Ohio. The incumbent retires but stays briefly for transition; you will take full P&L responsibility for operations and sales at a multi-line metals facility.

The 40,000 sq ft site runs a single shift, Monday through Friday, with 15 on-site staff and a team of drivers. Compensation includes a strong salary, bonus plan, and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have P&L ownership over operations and sales.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Experience in metals/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for operations and sales of the plant.
• Lead the manufacturing team and drive performance.
• Oversee plant operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Report to a manufacturing executive during transition and beyond.
