Hood Container Corporation seeks a General Manager to oversee the Oldsmar (Tampa) and Jacksonville, FL corrugator and converting plants. You will lead 150+ non-union employees, guide day-to-day operations, and partner with senior leadership to achieve strategic goals.

You will manage budgets, drive improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience with increasing responsibility and at least 5 years in a management role.
• Financial management and budget knowledge with ability to analyze financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the entire plant operation including safety, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, HR, and finance.
• Develop and manage the plant budget to meet volume and profitability goals.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with company strategy and local facilities.
• Develop and support local leadership to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Manage capital projects and build strong customer relationships.
