Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead our corrugated packaging facility in Martinsville, VA. You will own the plant's P&L, set strategic direction, and guide sales, operations and customer service to deliver profitable growth while ensuring safety and high-quality packaging.

This senior role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will build a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and partner with regional leadership to align resources

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting and driving profitability.
