You will develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Business or Engineering, 5+ years of progressive management experience (3+ in an industry segment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
5+ years of progressive management experience.
Minimum 3 years in an industry segment management role.
Experience with budget and financial management.
Ability to set goals and lead by example.
Proven project management experience with KPI focus on production efficiency, overhead, profitability, safety, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Drive forward the plant’s profitability and ensure all safety and quality requirements are met.
Develop and implement business plans that align with company goals and overall strategic vision.
Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives tied to the strategic business direction.
Build partnerships and collaborate with commercial/sales to identify facility growth opportunities and maintain key account relationships.
Oversee and drive improvements in facility production to meet short-term and long-term divisional objectives.
