Job summary

Thistle delivery drivers are the final step in getting our plant-forward meals to customers. You represent our quality, reliability, and care at the door. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, insurance proof, a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for routing.

We offer base pay starting at $20 per hour, with potential increases and tips typically $1–$3 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable, well-maintained vehicle capable of carrying multiple bags.
• Smartphone and comfort with routing apps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at the shift start.
• Verify all items before deliveries and use the delivery app to complete stops.
• Return bags and ice packs to pickup location at the next shift start.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep routes moving.
