You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards, monitor trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation and process improvements for operational excellence. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization and data modeling tools.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to generate insights for decision making.
• Recurring Reporting: Perform weekly data and reporting activities with high accuracy.
• Performance Monitoring: Prepare dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and business performance.
• Close Support: Assist monthly and quarterly close with disciplined checklist execution.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and team efficiency.
