Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks an Analyst, Finance Planning – GO&T Finance, in Wilmington, MA. You will support monthly close, forecast, and OPEX management, coordinating across SAP, Anaplan, Fiori, and consolidation tools to ensure accurate, timely results.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under deadlines, and strong collaboration with site finance teams and regional partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional FP&A/finance experience.
Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environments is a plus.
Working knowledge of cost accounting, OPEX management, variance analysis, or close processes preferred.
CPA, CMA, MBA progress, or related certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Support monthly and quarterly close processes, roll-forwards, variances, and OPEX commentary.
Prepare consolidation SharePoint files and coordinate analyst submissions across site teams.
Perform spend, applied, and variance reviews; investigate differences between systems.
Refresh actuals/forecast data for OPEX reporting and summarize key drivers for leadership.
Coordinate variance forecast inputs with site analysts and update related files.
Assist with journal entries including spend vs. applied adjustments and deferrals.
Upload variance and inventory data to Anaplan and ensure P&L, inventory, and variance alignment.
Support SOX/compliance activities and audit requests; ensure documentation quality.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in close, forecast, and analytics processes.
