Job summary

Eaton in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insight into action across productivity, profitability, and KPIs.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, influence investments and capital allocation, and mentor finance talent during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Eight years of accounting or finance experience.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, influencing growth and profitability.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, working capital, cash flow, and financial results.
