Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• Finance career progression in corporate/operations finance with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in paper/ packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams, with hiring, development and performance management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to dive into details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders.
• Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset and ambition to grow.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial preparation and reporting.
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts with aim of forecast accuracy.
• Use KPIs and plant initiatives to project growth and improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial leads to validate top-line revenue expectations.
• Lead monthly results communication with clear reports and impactful insights.
• Monitor weekly results and recommend actions to meet targets and KPIs.
• Develop financial models for capital projects and track returns monthly.
