Job summary

Bostik is seeking a North America Plant Controller to support the Dalton, GA and Greenville, SC plants with financial leadership and control. The role reports to the North America Finance Director and collaborates with the Plant Leadership Team.

Based in Greenville, SC or nearby locations, this position involves travel ~25% to other plants and requires a strong background in manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and cost control.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting or finance with 3+ years in industry or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and analysis to plant leadership to enable decision making.
• Coordinate plant budgets, conversion costs, capital and headcount forecasts.
• Perform monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and action recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Manage fixed asset inventories and asset disposals with proper documentation.
• Support month-end close, reporting, and audit activities.
• Mentor and train local manufacturing staff on accounting and controls.
