Naturally Network seeks a Plant Finance Manager to optimize manufacturing costs and reflect them accurately in the P&L. You will partner with Site Leadership, procurement, and finance to deliver strategic cost initiatives across a high‑performing manufacturing organization in Boulder, CO.

The role emphasizes safeguarding assets, driving productivity, and delivering 2-3% annual net plant conversion improvements. Travel is limited, with a strong governance focus and collaboration across levels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting with manufacturing or supply chain focus.
• Experience in food/CPG industries and high-performance teams.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification (MBA/CPA) preferred.
• Experience with global manufacturing operations and cost management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site cost governance and manage $100M in ingredients and packaging spend.
• Analyze spend, productivity drivers, and forecast improvement areas.
• Partner with Site Leadership and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide decision support on yield, conversion spend, and working capital trade-offs.
• Safeguard assets and promote a strong control environment.
• Align site Manufacturing strategy with company growth and productivity goals.
• Lead productivity initiatives to ensure cost efficiencies across the site.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget site net manufacturing with target savings.
